DuraSilk LTD Shipping Policy

Shipping Times:

  • Stocked Products: We aim to ship all in-stock items within two business days from the date of your order.
  • Custom Orders: Custom orders are crafted with care and typically ship within four weeks from the date of your order.

Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods to meet your needs. Shipping options and delivery times will be displayed at checkout. 

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package until it reaches your doorstep.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the selected shipping method. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

International Shipping: All of our orders are shipped Duties Due Upon Delivery. The recipient is required to remit payment for all applicable duties, taxes and customs fees associated with delivery to your country. Please check your local regulations to determine your tax and duty liability for delivery. We do not prepay any duties and taxes- the customer is responsible for these fees at delivery.

Changes to Orders: If you need to make changes to your order or shipping details, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been shipped, changes may not be possible.
