How do I care for my DuraSilk™ products?
To keep your DuraSilk™ items in top shape, wash in cool or warm water on a gentle cycle. Avoid high heat drying—use low to medium settings. Do not use harsh detergents or fabric softeners.
Can I customize products with my salon’s branding?
Yes! We offer custom branding for most of our products, including capes, aprons, and robes. Visit our Custom Branding Studio for more details.
Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping take?
Free U.S. shipping is available on orders over $75. Most non-custom orders ship within 2 business days, while custom orders usually ship within 2 weeks.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
Orders over $75 before tax and shipping qualify for free standard shipping within the continental U.S.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges for unused items within 30 days of purchase. Check out our returns page for more information.

Do you offer special pricing for salons or professionals?
Our products are already priced at salon professional rates. For salons interested in reselling our products, we also offer wholesale distributor pricing. Contact us for more details.
