Consumer Agreement

  • All Durasilk LTD products, professional apparel and such that have been custom printed with your logo are not returnable or exchangeable.

Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, DURASILK LIMITED ships merchandise to locations within the United States ony excuding Alaska and Hawaii. DURASILK LIMITED does not ship to international locations at this time. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Sales Tax

  • DURASILK LIMITED charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

Return Policy

UPDATED RETURN POLICY

  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using Visa or MC or Discover. DURASILK LIMITED reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.   
  • You may return non-custom logo merchandise in new and unused condition within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund, minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value. We will only issue a refund in the form of a check. To initiate a refund or exchange please fill out the form on the Contact Us tab of this website. Customer must have a return authorization number from customer service for return.
  • Refund/ Exchange Policy: You may exchange a new unworn item in new condition, with tags attached for a refund or exchange a different size or style within 10 days of the original purchase date. Please email or call to arrange a return authorization for product exchange. We will inspect your return product and arrange a refund, via check, or exchange if product is unworn and in new condition.
