Please read carefully before placing your order.
By placing this order, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Mockups & Approval
• I will receive a digital mockup of my logo placement before production begins.
• My order will not move into production until I approve the final mockup.
• I may request changes to the mockup prior to approval.
Production Timeline
• Standard production timelines for custom branded items are 2–4 weeks from final mockup approval.
• Production timelines may vary based on order size, product mix, and current production volume.
• If you need items for a rush event or specific date, you must reach out before or immediately after placing my order, and availability will depend on current production capacity.
Refund Policy
• This order is fully refundable at any time before production begins.
• Once I approve the final mockup and the order moves into production, the order can no longer be canceled or refunded.
Custom Branding & Logo Process
• All logos are printed using DuraSilk’s specialized DTF printing process, developed and refined through over 13 years of real salon testing and use.
• Logos are printed in full color, producing a crisp, professional finish designed to last as long as the garment itself under normal salon use.
• Once an item is custom branded, the logo is permanent and cannot be removed or changed.
Production & Final Sale Acknowledgment
• I understand that once mockups are approved and production begins, no further logo changes can be made.
• Custom-branded items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once produced. This said if you received custom gear you don't like please reach out and we will do our best to work with you toward a happy outcome.
Manufacturing Defects
• In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, DuraSilk will replace the affected item to ensure customer satisfaction. We have built our business on long term relationships and value you as salon owners if there is a problem please reach out.
• Normal Long term wear and tear does not qualify as a manufacturing defect.
Product & Logo Longevity
• The lifespan of salon apparel and printed logos varies based on frequency of use, washing cycles, and care.
• Like all professional salon textiles, heavier daily use and frequent washing will naturally cause faster wear over time.
• Some salons replace apparel every few months due to high volume washing, while others continue using the same items for several years.
• While DuraSilk designs products to last as long as possible, no fabric or logo lasts forever, and professional salon items will require replacement over time.
